Unless it says there is in the description of the product, there is no refunds on anything, even memberships.

Why does the color not match the product in the picture?
Some products have many verisons. For Example, the only difference between Red and Dark Red could just be a white logo and a black logo. Or same color hoodies with different color sweatpants. If we listed every version of every item the color list would be way too long. That being said, when selecting a product use the IMAGE that shows up as what you would expect the product to look like. If you are ever confused please feel free to contact us for any clarifications.

Is this a Thrift shop? Is everything used?
Yes and no. We do sell used clothing, but we also sell brand new clothing as well. Please assume the piece of clothing you are looking at is NEW unless it says USED in the description. And if you have any used clothing you want to sell please contact us!
